Mount Washington

Two new hillside Southwest/Adobe style homes built in 1988-91 in Mount Washington near downtown Los Angeles. Both homes were design build projects for a private investor. The homes were finished off with adobe style plaster, Saltillo tile floors, hand painted wall tile, wood windows and floors. Both projects built on top of 40’ deep concrete and steel caissons/piles connected with grade beams on a 70’ down slope hillside site.
