Coyote Canyon, Hollywood Hills

New construction contemporary hillside view home was completed in 2008. The project was built on a nearly vertical up slope lot in the Coyote Canyon area near Lake Hollywood. Beneath and behind the home are 70’ deep steel and concrete piles supporting 30’ tall retaining walls.


The home was custom build for the needs of the owner, a music record producer who required a completely soundproof recording studio for his business. This was achieved by using state of the art building materials and design. The contemporary finishes included vaulted ceilings, bamboo floors and glass tiles.
