The Waverly Drive Project a 6000 square foot new estate on a hill top in the Los Felix area of Los Angeles was completed in 2009. The split-level home site required extensive grading, drainage and retaining wall work before the home could be built. The construction required a steel framed turret tower and a completely ductless heating and cooling system. The Asian fusion style home was finished out with shoji doors, glass panels, granite counter tops and hardwood floors.
