The Buckskin Lane Project in Rolling Hills Estates was a complex 2400 sq. ft. basement and second floor living room and bedroom addition and kitchen remodel. The job required the shoring of the existing home and excavating 12 feet beneath the house to put in place a retaining wall system and foundation for the below grade addition. The property a large equestrian estate was transformed from a small and dated 2 bedroom home to a beautiful new 5 bedroom 4 bathroom two story Country style ranch home with a large veranda, truss ceilings, stone fireplace and customs cabinet.
